Introducing the Halpern Real Estate Group

Jeffrey Halpern, Realtor, and Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent since 1985 and Broker since 1987, has announced the formation of a new and exciting team the Halpern Real Estate Group.  Part of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, the team uses the multitude of the tools of the company, and more importantly, their combined years of experience, with their full attention to their clients’ needs, All of which sets them apart.

“Although the team concept is not new, the structure of this Group brings individual talents and individual recognition while the team is available to assist all the clients that will use its real estate services” says Halpern.

As opposed to current team concepts in which the majority of the transactions go under one name who is credited for most of the sales, each member will be recognized for their successes while being part of a team that supports them each other.

“I like to run our group as if it were an office within the office” continues Halpern. “By allowing our the team members to be themselves, they can continue to run as an independent contractor, servicing their clients’ needs the way they know best and truly sharing each others’ experiences and best practices for the benefit of the entire team and ultimately the client.”

The Halpern Real Estate Group and its members have also aligned themselves with other ancillary services to give their client and customer a seamless and stress-free real estate selling, buying, and/or leasing experience.

The team members with Jeffrey are Carmine Prudente, a true veteran in real estate and who was Broker/Owner of C21 Prudente; Charles Ward Miller, an established Realtor who’s motto is, “My client is Priority One”

Also on the team is Marketing/Social Media Director, Corinne Carlson.  Corinne found her way onto advertising after four years, braving the snow at Syracuse University studying Communications Designs. Since graduating in 2013, Corinne continuously strives to push the limits of digital, print, social media, and experience design in her role of Group Supervisor in a pharmaceutical advertising agency while assisting the Halpern Real Estate Group.

They are also looking to add to the team with other experienced Realtors, who are either looking to build up their business and newly licensed agents who are looking for direct mentorship not found in many companies today.

Halpern’s experience includes directly and/or overseen of 1000’s of real estate transactions.  He has managed real estate offices, trained and coached hundreds of agents to success and is a Real Estate Educator, Certified as a NJ Real Estate Pre-Licensing Instructor.
